Thank you for shopping with annmariegiannishop. We currently ship to customers within the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Our daily cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is 1–2 business days. This is the time needed to prepare, pack, and hand your order to the carrier. It does not include shipping time.
Shipping Time and Delivery
We use major U.S. carriers and select the carrier based on the destination state and the most reliable service available for that route. The carrier is chosen at the time of shipment to help ensure dependable delivery.

The shipping time shown above is an estimate provided by the carrier. It is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, peak season, carrier delays, or other unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery. If a delay occurs, we will provide updated tracking information when it becomes available.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous 48 states. There is no minimum order requirement to qualify for free shipping. We do not charge shipping fees at checkout for eligible addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to follow your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after your order was placed, please contact us at info@annmariegiannishop.com or call +1 407-405-2939 during our service hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET.
Taxes
We do not collect sales tax on orders placed through our website. No tax is added at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us within 7 days. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours so we can review the matter and provide a resolution.
